Greet visitors and answer questions
Be the friendly face of Aire Craft. Welcome guests, hand out programs, answer questions, and help people find their way around the festival grounds.

Performer Support
Assist artists behind the scenes
Help artists and crews backstage so every act runs smoothly. Load-in, load-out, hospitality, and general performer support during their sets.

Roving Crew
Wherever we need you most
Setup, wayfinding, and general on-the-ground support wherever it's needed most. Perfect for volunteers who want variety and to see all corners of the festival.

Sign up online
Fill out the volunteer form and tell us which role interests you.

Get matched to a shift
We'll reach out with shift options and get you scheduled based on your availability.

Come to volunteer orientation
A short pre-festival orientation covers what to expect and where to go on the day.

Show up and have fun
Check in with your team lead, get your t-shirt, and enjoy the festival from the inside.

Volunteers must be 16 or older. Sign-ups are open now — the earlier you apply, the more shift options you'll have to choose from.
